Single Crystal Diamond Tools (SCDT)
We produce both Regular SCDT and Precision SCDT using Single Crystal Diamonds (SCD), which are available in either natural or synthetic forms. Synthetic SCD have the same physical and chemical properties as natural diamonds. Selection of SCD based on our customers’ requirements and it is soldered onto a tool shank to form a SCDT (Only 1 whole Diamond crystal per tool).
After sales services include Tool fabrication, Refurbishing, Tool design and Rapid turnaround
- Support customers in development of new tools design for creation of new products or new cutting parameters.
- Offer maintenance schedules for used tools to be inspected, repaired and serviced on a regular basis at our workshop, to extend the shelf life of the equipment.
- Value-add by offering short turnaround time and also cost efficient services.
