This is the basic tool used to produce different cuts and designs on gold pieces. The specification of each tool will determine the cut on the ornamental pieces. This tool is perfect to be used on diamond sized from 0.4 mm to 10 mm. Other sizes than that can be purchased by customized order based on your needs. Posalux tools can be used on automatic cnc chain cutting machine or semi automatic machines.

2. M9 Tool/Eccentric Tool

This tool support jewelry machines with minimum 8000 rpm to produce various ornaments such as ball chains, pendants, bangles and rings. M9 is compatible with all types of air or electric spindles. Able to craft a moon cut on round ball or oval ball for rings, bangles and findings.

3. Disc Tool

Used to produce CNC disco cut ball jewellery chain. Optimally balance to reduce vibrations during cutting.

4. Lathe Tools

Used on ice lathe machine for optimal surface shine on your gold chain. Special rust free holder/ shank used to reduce contamination of the running water. Important factor to obtain optimal shine on chain.
