Laser focusing head for Jewellery chain welding is the latest addition to our laser accessories series. The focusing head is competible with all type of laser welder working in tandum with the automatic chain making machine. The new design eliminates the possibility of machine oil being trapped in the grooves of the connection points, damaging the lens. The combination of precision, working range, and speed delivers high quality welds that can be produced in any direction. Select the right focus head and optics for space, working distance, part access, and tooling accommodation. Offered with either straight or right angle fiber inputs.
New design – Laser Focusing head
With the new cone design, it prevents the backsplash of the melted metals from hitting the lens, therefore prolonging the lifespan of the focusing head. We have also integrated an additional protection lens for the focusing head to prevent contamination from oil and dirt which comes in direct contact with the focusing head during welding. Imported optics are integrated into this new focusing system, bringing laser chain welding to a new level. We have also included inert gas delivery inlet valve for oxidation free welding.
